How to register my team

          EVENT REGISTRATION (FOR CLUBS)

If the registration is by invitation, you have to send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information:

- Official denomination of the club (according to the club's Statutes)

- Name and surname of the Responsible of the club and his/her email.

The Responsible will receive an "Delegation invitation" email by World Rafting.

Follow the link and login it.

The link will bring you to the "Manage Club Administrators" page where you will be able to add the athletes to the roster of your club (Participants list) and compose your team(s).

To add an athlete to the "Partcipants list", click "Add" and...

a) if the athlete is already registered on the paltform, type the name, choose the role and click "Add";

b) if the athlete is not yet registered on the platform, you can add a new member to your team by selecting his role and entering his email. The new athlete will receive an email to verify his account.

Fill the form and "Save". Under "Team Information" specify the official denomination of your club.

If your club is registering more teams use the progressive numbering (e.g. Rafting Team Verona 1, Rafting Team Verona 2, and so on)

Choose the "Division" and complete the operation.

The athlete has been added to your club.

If the atheltes are already registered, the operation becomes much faster and easier (how to register as athlete).

When all the athletes are included in the "Partecipant list", select those among them who will compose the team that you are registering.

Select them and the click "Next".

Confirm the team and pay the "WRF License" only for the athletes who were not yet registered on the Platform. 

Complete the registration!

Remember: the event fee has to be paid directly to the Organisers, whereas the WRF License for athltes has to be paid online.

REGISTER AS ATHLETE
